Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
